Customers are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions. For clarifications upon your reading, “Treasure Ace Travels and Tours Co., Ltd” shall be known as “The Company” in terms and conditions listed below.


All tours packages and services must be reserved through our office in Myanmar.

Deposits and Full payment

In order to guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 50% of package costs is required to make through below account. The remaining balance must be settled either (30) days before tour commencement date or upon your arrival.

Cancellation fees / Refunds

Tour cancellation by customers will incur cancellation fees which vary according to notice period prior to commencement date of tour. Cancellation fees as well as corresponding refund are stated as below.

45 working days and above Cancellation: Once hotel booking is confirmed, deduct hotel fees from your deposit.
Refund: Remaining balance after deducting cancellation fees
21 – 44 working days Cancellation: Full deposit
Refund: Remaining balance after deducting cancellation fees from total tour fares if full payment is made or Nil if only deposit is paid
10 – 20 working days Cancellation: 80% of total tour fares
Refund: Remaining balance after deducting cancellation fees from total tour fares if full payment is made or Nil if only deposit is paid
9 working days or less Cancellation: 90% of total tour fares
Refund: Remaining balance after deducting cancellation fees from total tour fares if full payment is made or Nil if only deposit is paid
No show at all Cancellation: 100% of total tour fares
Refund: Nil

Tour cancellation/ changes

Please note that the Company is serving you as an agent in term of securing and arranging for sightseeing, transportation, hotel accommodation etc. Even after deposit or full payment is made, all arrangements are still subject to final confirmation. If arrangements cannot be finalized for some unforeseeable circumstances and tour is cancelled, the Company will notify the customer at least one week before the tour date. However, notification time will vary due to the type of force majeure. The Company will make refund the customer remaining balance after settling hotel cancellation fees and air tickets cancellation fees.

Amendment to tour itinerary

The Company will make reasonable effort not to amend any tour program. However, the company reserves the right to change hotel reservation or tour itinerary without prior notice due to unforeseeable circumstances. Compensation payment will not apply for such occurrence.

Refund on unused portion of tour

No refund, either in part or full, will be made in respect to sightseeing, hotel accommodation, meals, transportation and other services provided in tour packages but not utilized by the customer.

Pricing polices

Tour fares included are domestic airfares, transfers, sightseeing in private vehicles (cars, trains, boats, etc), language guides, accommodations with breakfast (if any), meals (if any) and services as shown in tour itinerary.

Tour fares excluded are optional tours, visa charges, travel insurance, unspecified meals, beverages, room services, tips to hotel porters, airport taxes, excess baggage charge, international airfares and personal expenses.

Child fare

Child below 12 years old (who is sharing room with their parents) will be charged 75% of adult fees. Infants 2 years or under (who need baby cot on the aircraft) will not be charged. Please check with us when you make a reservation.

Discount policy

We offer one complimentary for every 16th member of group tour package.


The company shall issue a detailed invoice for each and every payment made.


Accommodation is provided as being indicated in tour itinerary. The company reserves the right to make alternation to equal standard and available accommodation when first choice hotel is not available due to some circumstances. Accommodation for adults is twin-sharing based. Please note that there will be single supplement liable if a separate single occupation is required when booking triple sharing room. The related hotel takes full responsibilities for dissatisfaction or inconveniences during your stay.


The company provides either lunch and/or dinner in hotels or in local restaurants. Take away food will be provided on trekking and adventure tours.

Special request

If there is any special request such as special meals, dietary requirements, adjoining rooms, etc, please inform the company upon booking. Such requests are due to confirmation and availability.

Responsibility and liability

Where the company has not been negligent or in breach of duty, it assumes no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, injury or delay occurred beyond its control. The company acts as an agent for the customer by means of transportation, accommodation, concerned airlines and any other agents, individuals or organization providing services. The company will therefore not to be held responsible for any loss, damage, sickness, injury, delay, accidents sustained by the person during the tour or otherwise. Additional expenses incurred by such circumstances must be settled by the customers. Therefore, it is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance covering health, lost and damage of baggage, etc.

Feedback response

The company welcomes feedback from customers to improve its service quality. If the customers have the issue regarding the tour, please contact the company immediately. The company will not take any responsibility if the feedback is over 14 days after the day of your return.


The company will secure any information of customers confidential. The company will only use the customer’s particulars / information for the purpose of delivering the effective service. Moreover, the company will not disclose the customer’s particulars/ information to the third party without prior notice.


The company reserves the right to amend, insert, change or delete any of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
